Calm, Cool & Capable Workshop

Has your child ever been so overwhelmed by frustration, worry, or anger that neither of you knew what to do next? Big emotions are completely normal, but without the right tools, they can leave kids feeling helpless and parents exhausted.

This engaging, hands-on workshop transforms overwhelming feelings into a child’s greatest superpower: self-regulation. Designed to be fun, supportive, and practical, the session helps children understand that big emotions don't mean something is wrong with them, it just means they're human. More importantly, it empowers them with practical, lifelong skills to stay grounded when stress strikes.

Who: 1st - 3rd Grade Boys

Cost: $30 per child

This interactive, skills-based workshop includes:

• Lego building to learn about mindful hobbies
• A resilience obstacle course to learn about slowing down and controlling their bodies
• Games to learn about communication and mindfulness

Our address is 450 N Wales Rd, Wales, WI 53183. We are located in the downstairs unit of the blue house just off of the 83/18 roundabout and our unit is only accessible from Route 18. Please take the road directly behind the (soon to be) Starbucks and head back to our parking lot.

We’re so excited to have you join us! Because our workshops require advance preparation and limited seating, we ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy.

By signing up for a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

• 48+ Hours Before the Workshop:
  If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund (100%).
• 24–48 Hours Before the Workshop:
  Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the workshop start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less Than 24 Hours Before the Workshop:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop are non-refundable.

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, you’re always welcome to reschedule for a future workshop at no additional charge, subject to availability.
