Navigating childhood social circles can be an emotional rollercoaster. From close-knit best friends to confusing "frenemies", where a peer is nice one day and exclusionary the next, social dynamics quickly get complicated. Left unchecked, these confusing relationships leave kids feeling anxious, second-guessing themselves, and unsure of how to set boundaries.

The "Frenemies 101" workshop gives your child the ultimate social roadmap. Designed to be fun, honest, and completely interactive, this session strips away the social awkwardness and gives kids practical, real-world tools to spot toxic behaviors, resolve conflicts confidently, and build deep, supportive friendships that actually feel good.

This workshop will include:

• Art activities to learn about the characteristics of a good friend
• The Glitter is Gossip activity to learn about what gossip does to a friendship
• Games to learn about communication and mindfulness

This heart-centered experience encourages girls to be a good friend and kind leader.

Our address is 450 N Wales Rd, Wales, WI 53183. We are located in the downstairs unit of the blue house just off of the 83/18 roundabout and our unit is only accessible from Route 18. Please take the road directly behind the Starbucks and head back to our parking lot.

We’re so excited to have you join us! Because our workshops require advance preparation and limited seating, we ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy.By signing up for a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

• 48+ Hours Before the Workshop:
  If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund (100%).
• 24–48 Hours Before the Workshop:
  Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the workshop start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less Than 24 Hours Before the Workshop:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop are non-refundable.

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, you’re always welcome to reschedule for a future workshop at no additional charge, subject to availability.
