Beauty Inside & Out - Summer
Join us for our next community workshop: Beauty Inside & Out. Our team of clinicians and trained facilitators will offer an interactive mind and body experience for girls ages 9 to 12 years old. This self-esteem building experience will help girls learn to accept their unique differences and love themselves inside and out. Mindfulness, dietary education, yoga and art will be used to tap into their inner positive self.
