Frenemies 101

Tween/Teen relationships are complex, and today they are even more complicated when everything is publicized on social media. Feeling left out, struggling to fit in, or just trying to figure it out will all be addressed.

This fun event includes interactive activities that will address all aspects of making, keeping, and maintaining healthy relationships on and off social media.

Cost: $40 (Includes: Peanut-free Snack, Art Supplies, Interactive Activities, and Self Esteem Swag.)

Gals on the Go Project

Gals on the Go Project is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization established by Gals Institute. The project's mission is to improve the social and emotional well-being of children and adolescents through prevention and resiliency building workshops and other programs. Our fun and interactive workshops focus on topics such as healthy relationships, resiliency building, effective coping strategies, confidence boosting, calming anxiety, and many others.
