Join us for an empowering workshop designed to help your child cultivate calm, boost confidence, and build resilience. Whether they're navigating stress, seeking balance, or simply want to feel more grounded and capable in their daily life. We will provide the tools and skills to get there!

Our new address is 450 N Wales Rd, Wales, WI 53183. We are located in the downstairs unit of the blue house just off of the 83/18 roundabout. During the winter, our unit is only accessible from Route 18. Please take the road directly behind the (soon to be) Starbucks and head back to our parking lot.
