Beauty Inside & Out

Join us for an interactive mind–body experience designed especially for girls grade 3-5. This confidence-building program empowers girls to embrace their unique qualities, develop self-love, and build healthy self-esteem—inside and out.

Through engaging activities such as mindfulness, age-appropriate nutrition education, yoga, and creative art, participants will connect with their inner strengths and positive self-image in a supportive, uplifting environment.

In this program, girls will:

• Challenge the myth of perfection
• Discover their unique gifts and personal strengths
• Learn self-care tools and create their own self-care plan
• Build confidence through healthy, empowering practices
• Explore kid-friendly techniques that support leadership skills
• End the event with a mother's day gift to honor their role models

This heart-centered experience encourages girls to feel confident, capable, and proud of who they are.

Girls will leave with:

• 3 craft projects as well as a new journal and water bottle
• A yoga and meditation class that can be replicated at home
• Skills for navigating life
• A goodie bag with merch from local businesses as well as more information for parents

Our address is 450 N Wales Rd, Wales, WI 53183. We are located in the downstairs unit of the blue house just off of the 83/18 roundabout. During the winter, our unit is only accessible from Route 18. Please take the road directly behind the Starbucks and head back to our parking lot.

We’re so excited to have you join us! Because our workshops require advance preparation and limited seating, we ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy.

By signing up for a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:

• 48+ Hours Before the Workshop:
  If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund (100%).
• 24–48 Hours Before the Workshop:
  Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the workshop start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less Than 24 Hours Before the Workshop:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop are non-refundable.

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, you’re always welcome to reschedule for a future workshop at no additional charge, subject to availability.
